Shea Moisture’s Black Restaurant Fund was part of Shea Moisture’s pandemic Community Commerce Initiative.

Part of Shea Moisture’s Community Commerce Initiative, the program was
designed to help address issues and barriers to success faced by black-owned restaurants in COVID-era America.

The program paired legacy black-owned restaurants with an innovative black chef who will consult to help address issues and barriers to success faced by black-owned restaurants in COVID-era America.

Created in collaboration with Chef JJ Johnson of FieldTrip, the Black Restaurant Fund featured The Famous Fish Market in Harlem and launched during a holiday pop-up in partnership with PR Valinc
& New Kingston.
