Harlem Cultural Festival Foundation is committed to building thriving cultural communities through social impact programs designed to celebrate and uplift cultural legacies. The programs include cultural preservation, economic empowerment, health equity, and youth development.
Lead a diverse team of multi-disciplinary designers, immersive content producers, and volunteers, in exploring solutions centered on healing and community empowerment.
Envisioned the brand as this “curatory” magnet committed to shaping futures by driving change with all the brand media and campaigns being conceptualized.
At the heart of our creative strategy, we’re facilitating the most dynamic and immersive experiences that interrogate how our Afro-future can be re-defined and how our programming can create a space that welcomes multi-network partnerships and multi-platform collaborations that will thrive and grow.
BRAND IDENTITY REFRESH
Spearheaded the brand’s visual and voice overhaul, aligning all multimedia with market trends to create an experience that felt fresh and more engaging for partners and community alike.
WEB/MOBILE REFRESH
Created a new web/mobile experience focused on community impact while introducing multi-network and multi-platform brand partner opportunities, engaging with content for all our events, and an array of up-to-date giving options, including donor-advised funding access to ensure a seamless experience.
55 YEARS OF SOUL
Produced striking designs for the 55 Years of Soul Celebrations launch events and Brand partnership partner programs.
Directed, wrote, and produced the BCNYS B2B campaign-- crucial in securing brand partnerships for the introductory “Celebrating 55 Years of Soul” events and sponsorship for the Festival and immersive events 2025 Summer Festival Events.
Meticulously crafted event experiences, considering the audience's journey and producing digital and print assets such as signage, brochures, and merchandise to bring these occasions to life.
Produced photography, motion designs, and video reels that introduces the brand and narrates our milestones and successes.
IMPACT
Developed a cultural preservation initiative with artist programs that utilize media and digital arts to spotlight how past legacies inform a new generation of emerging talent and visionaries.
