The Beauté Book was more than a magazine that fashion, style, and the transformative power of beauty; it celebrated feminine progression and paid tribute to the Caribbean women who shape communities and move culture forward.
Though the magazine is no longer in publication, it laid the foundation for a dynamic synergy rooted in authenticity, community, and legacy. Working with my team revealed the power of possibilities and shaped my journey as a leader—a role I’ve come to embrace as a Motivator and Team Captain.
The experience not only influenced our trajectories but also deepened our awareness of the privilege and responsibility we carry in telling stories. Among those stories, interviewing the late, unforgettable Pat Wright— who survived cancer more than six times— remains a profound highlight. Her wisdom on health and wellness, born of immense courage and resilience, continues to inspire me, especially as I reflect on this new year.
Drove strategic growth and business development of the 72k daily online circulation and a 54K print-publication circulation that served a growing Caribbean market in the Continental United States.
Designed the editorial and fashion calendar, layout, perspective, expert advice columns, and Women 101 segments, and launched print and online concept connecting the world to the Caribbean.
Developed partnerships and campaigns for brands including Armani Exchange, Ben Sherman, Carlos Campos, Hyden Yoo, EFM Menswear, Avon, and Youngblood Cosmetics..
